The 0.5 ml tube rack and the 96-well plate rack are easily switchable on this autosampler. However, 96-well plates are preferred for mail-in and remote operations if the number of samples is larger than 30.
The temperature of the sample rack can be controlled with a circulating water bath. The autosampler is able to work with the RT or VT flow cell.
