Microfocus SAXS/WAXS is a new capability at 12-ID-B,
and supporting techniques such as fly scan are under development.

The beam is focused to ~10x5 um^2 on samples using a CRL set at the near upstream (~1m from the sample in the B hutch) while the detector setup is the same as for simultaneous SAXS/WAXS.
