0.5ml Tubes

Details
For Bio or other aqueous samples (non-capillary).
Samples should be well labeled either on the cap or the side, volume >=140 uL, and ready to go after centrifugation.
If labeling on the tube side/body, use permanent marker only (no tapes), otherwise the tubes will be too fat to fit in the sample holder.
Tubes are run using a home-made autosampler.

Notes:
Provide sufficient buffer solution, both in 0.5ml tubes (for measurements) and large tube (for flow cell washing).
Recommended 0.5ml tube:

Experiment
Beamline staff will unpack your samples the morning of your experiment and stage them inside the station.
Remote operation
requires additional instructions and orientation.
