Details
Temperature range covers from 20 - ~350C.
- Holds capillaries up to 2 mm in diameter, working best for 1.5mm and 2.0mm.
- Best to fill samples >=20mm.
- We recommend sealing with Devcon 5 Minute or 2 Ton Epoxy. If you have not used these before, you may need some practice to get a feel for the mixing and hardening times.
- Works for glass/quartz capillaries and kapton capillaries; quartz capillary is preferred because of its high mechanical strength. Commercial Sources: Hampton | Charles Supper

Notes:
- For solution samples only, not powders; thick powder samples could saturate detector.
- Solvents with high-Z element (i.e., chloroform) may not work due to high x-ray absorption.
Experiment
- Beamline staff will unpack your samples the morning of your experiment and stage them inside the station.
- Remote operation requires additional instructions and orientation.
