GISAXS/GIWAXS Single Sample Holder
Details
- Recommended sample size ~10mm (length) x 5-10mm (width) x ~1mm (thickness).
- In addition to theta alignment, chi and phi alignment are available.

Experiment
- Beamline staff will set up the goniometer head and vacuum chuck. Users will place their samples on the goniometer head.
- Sample alignment is required for measurement.
